To send a payment via Interac e-Transfer:

1. Log into your online or mobile banking app and select the account
2. Add your recipient’s name and email (provided in order confirmation email)
3. Enter the total amount
4. Enter the security question and answer (provided in order confirmation email)
5. Confirm everything entered is correct and submit

Please allow 24 hours for payment processing. Payments must be cleared before order is shipped.

Privacy & discreet shipping is important. When we ship out parcels, the shipping label will read from: "CCN". Your bank statement will be charged under the name "CCN PP"

All orders are shipped in 100% eco-friendly recyclable packaging. The package is nondescript and sealed with our security sticker to prevent order tampering.
